A Mindful Morning to Relax, Rejuvenate & Restore Fundraiser

Mindful Morning of Self-care and Self compassion raising money for Victorian Bushfire Appeal
100% of money raised to go to the victims of Bushfires – the group will decide which fund it will go to.
2.5 hours of relaxing 0930-1200MD
Mindfully nourishing yourself while helping the people who lost their homes and livelihoods in the recent fires
The Morning will consist of:
– A Self kindness deeply relaxing body scan lying down supported with pillows bolsters and blankets
– A meditation that is heart focussed – Learn a technique so you can Receive and send emotions of Love, joy , peace and healing
– Enjoy a wonderful walking meditation -in and around the beautiful gardens of Natural Pathways
– Have a discussion on what Mindful Self care and Self compassion really is and how we can use simple yet easy tools to take care of ourselves and loved ones
– Relish in a mindful eating practice – we will share a morning tea -can everyone please bring a small plate, only 2-3 pieces something you love to eat that can be shared – not too much so we don’t have large volume of waste (tea and coffee will be provided)

Options: you can contribute $45 online or cash on the day of the workshop
This workshop would normally cost $45- so your contribution can be $20 or more.
