General Classical Yoga Classes
Classical Yoga classes include deep relaxation, warming up, limbering and classical yoga postures, practicing mindful breathing and meditation.
Build strength & stamina, Improve balance and flexibility, Become more mindful and learn how to relax deeply
All students work to their own level and adjust postures according to individual requirements. We work with props such as bolsters, blocks, ropes to assist and support students in their postures
Slow Stretch and Balance Class (Not currently available)
This Class is an opportunity for the whole nurturing experience, Body, Mind and Spirit.
The class begins with Mindfulness meditation to assist centring you to the present moment, then we transition to the floor for deep releasing, stretching postures where we hold the postures for longer than normal supported beautifully by Bolsters, pillows, blocks and ropes allowing the body time to really release deeply, restore and rejuvenate we will then transfer to standing postures that build on our ability to balance as balance is something that we begin to lose as we get older which requires practice to maintain.
We culminate the class with a deeply relaxing and healing Savasana and Body Scan
Yoga Classes: First class is offered at an introductory rate of $10
Casual Class: $20
5 Classes: $80 ( to be used within 6 weeks)
10 Classes: $150 (to be used within 12 weeks)
2 Classes per week for 10 weeks: $240 (20 classes to be used within 12 weeks) (Saving $60)
